WOSPAC BASKET BOARDING in Barcelona offers sports-educational programs to train basketball players from all over the world during the school period. The programs are aimed at young people between the ages of 10 and 24. WOSPAC’s programs, in addition to sports training, can include accommodation and studies, among other services such as meals, insurance and VISA application. The basketball training programs are for players who want to start, improve or reach the professional world.
There are different BOARDING programs depending on the age and needs of each family. We recommend that families who wish to do a short stay in the first place and prior to an annual stay, with the aim of getting to know us and assessing that the objectives sought in the international training for their sons and daughters are met. Barcelona is a cosmopolitan, open and safe city with the best connections as well as an incomparable setting surrounded by nature where they will enjoy a full sporting and educational life in a healthy and safe environment.

WOSPAC offers high quality sports training – education in Barcelona focused on the world of Basketball to help national and international players reach their full potential. The WOSPAC high performance centre offers young people from all over the world aged between 10 and 24 the opportunity to train at the highest level through our sports programs. Stays in the BOARDING programs can last from 1 week to 9 months (school term) as desired.
WOSPAC offers all the necessary services so that you can live in Barcelona the experience of living, studying and practicing your favorite sport. This stay will make you grow as a person and help you understand other cultures and learn new languages. Another very important thing is that you will make friends from all over the world for life. WOSPAC is here to help you and that you live a quality sports and educational experience in the city of Barcelona.
ALL IN ONE
Accommodation
We have a residence exclusively for athletes, with accommodation, medical centre, restaurant, gymnasium, swimming pool, football pitch, tennis and paddle tennis courts and spacious leisure rooms.
Education
Athletes can choose to study at national or international schools in Barcelona, take language courses or access to the universities in the city.
Basket
Daily training before and/or after the classes, and with competitions on weekends with the best professionals in the world of Basketball.
Other
We offer young people other services such as transport for travel, private insurance, help with obtaining a visa and 24 hour support as well as covering other needs that may arise.
EDUCATION
BOARDING of WOSPAC
WOSPAC Barcelona BOARDING, with more than 12 years of experience caring for and training young people from all over the world, is prepared to accommodate boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 24. The International Residence is EXCLUSIVE for sportsmen and women from all over the world, who want to train in a safe and high quality environment. The high performance centre for athletes has tutors, teachers and coaches who provide them at all times with any help necessary for their development, improvement and support in the personal, educational and sporting fields. WOSPAC works so that athletes and students learn, improve and have fun in a safe, healthy and familiar environment.
The BOARDING is located in Cornellá de Llobregat, 10 minutes from Barcelona and has heating, WI-FI, cleaning and laundry service, study room, leisure room, swimming pool, gym, outdoor area with basket, tennis and paddle tennis courts and football pitch. The residence offers sportsmen and women all the comforts to make the most of their experience while feeling at home.
WOSPAC Barcelona provides those over the age of 18 with the option of staying either in the WOSPAC residence or in flats or hotels in the area if they prefer in order to have a stay with more independence or autonomy.
In case of not staying in the residence, athletes will be provided with accommodation according to their sporting modality, based on proximity to the training centres and also taking into account their preferences where possible. WOSPAC looks after your well-being and safety at all times, so all the accommodation will meet the established standards and will have the necessary cleaning, laundry and maintenance services to ensure that your stay is completely satisfactory. At all times and at any time you can make use of the WOSPAC emergency telephone number available 24 hours a day. WOSPAC makes sure that the young people focus on their sporting-educational training by giving them all the support and facilities in their day to day life.
BOARDING OTHERS
In order to travel legally and safely, and to carry out the international sports-educational training, a series of steps have to be followed and for this WOSPAC is in charge of giving all the facilities so that families can manage and present all the necessary documentation. Normally it is not taken into account, or we do not give it the importance it deserves, but a correct management of all the documentation required by the administration is essential.
WOSPAC provides the necessary documentation to obtain the VISA, have a LEGAL GUARDIAN and PRIVATE INSURANCE. Once in the country, WOSPAC will take care of the TRANSPORT service to the different activities or sports centres. WOSPAC will always take care and give all the necessary support in case of injury, illness or emergency. We have more than 12 years of experience and therefore we can assure you that we offer the best way to develop an international sports-educational career.
ADMISSION PROCESS
WOSPAC Barcelona is counting on you! WOSPAC offers 10 places for its high performance programs. In order to take up one of these 10 places, you must first apply and then pass the admission process.
Our sports programs are of high performance and high quality and therefore we demand the highest commitment from our athletes. We work 24 hours a day for sporting, educational and emotional development and that is why we focus on providing an individualized quality service to a small group of young people who are truly committed to getting the most out of these programs. This is why it is so important to apply as soon as possible and to go through the admission process.
The admission process evaluates a series of sporting-educational parameters, attitudes and aptitudes and you can even get discounts or scholarships for our programs. TRIAL
Candidates must participate in a one-week or trial program at WOSPAC.

REGISTRATION
The admission decision will be notified within 48 hours after the test.

DEPOSIT
Once the payment is completed, the official documents will be sent to register you as a WOSPAC player.
